This parameter is obsolete after Spectrum firmware version 1.1. It has no effect
in any actuator motion.
This specifies the number of mm to change the vacuum roller position before it
presents a sheet of media to the drum. Normally the vacuum roller cups are in
line with (tangential) to the drum, and this specifies the number of mm, as
measured around the circumference of the vacuum roller.
